Return & Shipping Policy

1. Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from the date you received your order.

2. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused (unworn and unopened)
  • All original tags are attached
  • The product is in its original packaging and condition
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided

3. How to Request a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • Return address
  • Return instructions
  • A return shipping label

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-initiated returns:
    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Company error (damaged, defective, or incorrect items):
    Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Opened personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

8. EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must still meet the standard return conditions:

  • Unused
  • With tags
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
